This top-model of the Olympus DT series sets standards in professional office dictation and transcription. The very well readable LCD counter informs users anytime about tape position. The DT550 features quick erase, adjustable tone control, record dictation/conference, and a built-in speaker. The playback speed is adjustable between -25 and +50%, while auto backspace is adjustable between 0 - 1 sec. It also features an optional telephone recording capability.
