This unit provides advanced fault tolerance for servers having multiple power supplies. The Server Dual-Cord PDU provides IBM with a unique advantage by offering dual-line cords, enabling fault- tolerant solutions. This unit functions as an automatic bus transfer switch that provides universal voltage (100 to 240 volts) distribution for one server from one of two power sources 2.This source circuit is considered the primary source.
