Hitachi delivers more in less with the Travelstar C4K60 Slim, a third generation 4200 rpm, 1.8-inch hard disk drive. At just 5mm high and featuring a ZIF connector, the drive meets the exacting demands of sleek consumer electronic devices. Travelstar C4K60 Slim offers 30GB per platter, with a maximum capacity of 60GB. The 1-disk model measures a slim 5mm and is available in 20GB and 30GB capacities. The 2-disk model, available in 40GB and 60GB capacities, has a thickness of 8mm. New design enhancements include the use of fem to sliders and other component changes to deliver reduced power consumption and improved shock tolerance.
