Dragon Enterprise Management Server (EMS) is made up of a number of highly integrated technologies. Dragon 7.0's client-server based Policy Management tools offer easy-to-use enterprise-wide management of small and large-scale Dragon deployments. Dragon Policy Manager provides centralized management and monitoring of all Dragon components, while Alarm tool offers centralized alarm and notification management. Dragon Enterprise Management Server provides a centralized collection point for all security alert information and can also interact with other security information management systems. Dragon EMS provides monitoring, analysis, and reporting of security events through real-time trending and forensic consoles. Event Flow Processors enable Dragon Intrusion Defense Systems to scale to support very large deployments. Event Flow Processors aggregate events from network and host sensors and forward them to the Enterprise Management Server. Dragon Enterprise Management Server is an integral component of Enterasys' Dynamic Intrusion Response (DIR) solution. Dynamic Intrusion Response is a solution that delivers network-wide intrusion prevention services to the enterprise. Dragon Enterprise Management Server, operating with Enterasys' NetSight Atlas Automated Security Manager application, provides pinpoint threat responses, including mitigation of threat sources at the point they enters the network.
