APC's On-Site Support Service is designed for customers whose requirements include having a technician on-site to service their APC hardware. This plan includes an extension of APC's standard warranty by either one or three years. Customers who sign up for this service are entitled to next business day on-site repair service. The on-site repair includes all parts, batteries (internal only), labor, and travel expenses.
