For dial-up connections (once you set up an account with an Internet Service Provider), the QuickMail Pro Server automatically connects to the Internet by modem, sends your outgoing mail, downloads your incoming mail, routes it to the appropriate people and then disconnects. A single modem can serve all of your E-mail users! If your growth requires full-time Internet connectivity, no change to the server is necessary. With full remote access support, mobile users can stay in touch when out of the office. Simply dial in to your E-mail server to read or send your messages. QuickMail Pro leverages the Internet's Point-to-Point Protocol for dial-in. With the Auto Responder you can fulfill requests for more information or deliver E-mail on demand. Just like fax-on-demand systems, the Auto Responder can distribute requested files to your customers electronically and automatically. It can even be used to answer frequently asked technical support questions.
