The StarTech.com 100Base-TX to 100Base-FX Long Range Fiber Optic media converter provides a simple plug and play solution for converting electrical Ethernet signals to optical Ethernet signals. This allows the use of single mode fiber optic cable for electrical noise immunity and cable lengths of up to 20Km.
