SMC's TigerSwitch 10/100s are stackable, dual-speed switches that deliver the power and speed your network needs, with the quality you've come to expect from SMC. Available in 24 port models, each TigerSwitch 10/100 contains two expansion slots that can be used for Gigabit connectivity, 100 Mbps Fiber connectivity, or SMC's innovative Stack-As-You-Go stacking module. The TigerSwitch 10/100s feature full auto-negotiating 10/100 ports, which automatically detect speed and duplex modes of attached devices and allow the switch to automatically configure itself for optimum performance. The TigerSwitch 10/100s support SMC's revolutionary "Stack-As-You-Go" stacking module (SMC6900S). This module allows you to create a stack of up to four switches. This innovative approach saves money by allowing you to stack switches as your network expands. The TigerSwitch 10/100s support advanced features including Quality of Service (QoS), VLAN support, MultiLink Trunking, and Broadcast Control to provide maximum performance benefits while maintaining security and reducing network problems. They also provide Spanning Tree support and Redundant Management to maximize network resiliency and reduce the total cost of ownership.
