SmartST Professional is Navman's route planning and navigation software for Navman GPS enabled Pocket PCs. Packed with advanced features such as multi-lingual Voice Announcements, Back-on-Track dynamic re-routing and Door to Door navigation, SmartST Professional offers the most accurate, sophisticated and convenient mobile navigation system available today. While SmartST Professional is both advanced and sophisticated, this does not mean it should be difficult to use. Navman have developed a user interface that presents all options in a clearly defined manner, making menu selections both simple and intuitive. Both versatile and flexible, SmartST Professional enables you to navigate to your chosen destination in a wide variety of ways. Unlike many other navigation applications, with SmartST professional you no longer need to "plan" a route, you simply tell it where you want to go. After all, your GPS receiver already knows where you are. Not only can you navigate to a specific Address, you can also navigate to an intersection, previously visited location in the Recent list, choose any one of your unlimited Favorite destinations and of course, any one of thousands of Points Of Interest (POI). POIs include Shopping, Entertainment, Amenities, Food and Drink, Buildings and Monuments, Accommodation, Transport, Automotive Facilities, Sports Facilities, Institutions, Medical Services, and Natural Attractions. On the move, SmartST Professional produces clear, precise instructions, presented in a variety of formats to suite your needs. All instructions are announced clearly and accurately giving advanced warnings of distance to next junction or turning. In "Map Mode", the screen will automatically zoom in when approaching a junction making it much easier to see the correct route and road layout. SmartST Professional will even tell you which exit to take on roundabouts. As well as displaying your location, SmartST Professional can also show information on speed, distance to destination and estimated time or arrival (ETA). And remember, with Navman's advanced Back-on-Track technology, diversions and roadworks are no longer a problem.
