Intel InBusiness 4- and 8-Port 10/100 Switches are perfect for improving the performance of your network using either standard or Fast Ethernet. Designed to give users high-speed performance at an affordable price, Intel InBusiness products are the simple solution for today's demanding network needs. Intel InBusiness switches are part of Intel's complete line of products designed specifically for small networks. Intel InBusiness products have a unique, compact form perfect for offices with limited space. Locking connectors allow you to integrate additional InBusiness products in a single attractive stack. They can be placed horizontally or vertically, or even mounted on a wall, saving valuable space for other equipment. Intel InBusiness switches are plug and play, making installation quick and easy. Basic port labeling makes it simple to identify and make proper connections to each device. Switched Ethernet increases the performance of your network by connecting directly to additional hubs or network devices supporting 10 or 100Base-TX Ethernet. Auto-sensing ports automatically detect the speed of the connected device. Switching provides each user a direct channel to network devices. No configuration needed. A special port, called a "crossover" port, allows you to connect Intel InBusiness switches to other hubs or switches without special wiring.
