Netfinity FAStT500 RAID Controller offers high data transfer speeds up to 100MBps at distances up to 10km (6 miles), 2 host and 2 drive mini-hubs included; 4 additional slots available to support optional mini-hubs, support for RAID levels 0, 1, 3, 5, 10, supports long- and short-wave FC environments with GBICs and optical cabling. Redundancy for high availability: dual RAID controllers standard, redundant hot-plug fans and power supplies, built-in failover protection; no single point of failure, 256MB battery-backed cache standard. Supports up to 220 fiber hard disk drives in a dual loop configuration for up to 7TB of storage per controller, supports up to 22 IBM Netfinity FAStT EXP500 fiber channel expansion enclosures. The Netfinity FAStT Storage Manager v7.01 is standard with the Netfinity FAStT500 RAID Controller.
