The Card Cage Slot Adapter is required only for customers upgrading an existing card cage to include E2400-160 controllers. If a card cage is already installed and E2400-160s are being added, the two slot filler panel will enable both an E2400 and E2400-160 FC Interface Controllers to exist in the same card cage. The package includes a two slot adapter panels and four slot covers.
