Or, if you prefer, you can get on-line assistance via the Service and Support web page. You'll also have access to product firmware at Enterasys's password-protected, on-line download library. Upon creation of your web account, you'll receive automatic e-mail notifications of the latest firmware enhancements and bug fixes. For any products that are determined faulty, Enterasys will handle the repair. This support includes PC Card Adapter.
