The DES-3624 is the slave unit for the DES-3624I. It is sold only as an add-on to the DES-3624I with an integrated 2.4Gbps Stacking Interface Module (SIM) to connect to the DES-3624I. The DES-3624 base unit has 24 10/100BaseTX ports, 2 of which are modular and can be swapped for 100BaseFX. Up to three DES-3624 can be stacked with the DES-3624I.
