The LXR-40243 series external portable USB 2.0 40X CD-RW drive can meet the requirements of current notebook users for data backup. The elegant clamshell drive is designed as a portable drive with USB 2.0 connection, easy lid-opening CD disc loader and a 40x/24x/40x CD-RW drive. Earphone jack and volume control knob make the drive to be a music playback device when the drive is connected to your stereo system. The drive is equipped with LITE-ON IT innovative function SMART-BURN (Smart Monitoring and Adapting Recording Technology for BURNing), which prevents buffer-under-run-error and provides the best burning quality with automatic writing strategy and OPC (Optimal Power Calibration). SMART-X (Smart Monitoring and Adjusting Read-speed Technology for eXtraction) provides very smart DAE speed during duplication or CD title playback.
