Break through the network printing log jam with a seriously speedy, heavy-duty printer from QMS. The QMS 4032 laser printer has the features and performance required to support large workgroup print loads, and its 200,000 page/month duty cycle rating is proof of its dependability and durability. This printer performs traditional network printing functions with a non-traditional ease of installation and use, thanks to its auto-installing software utilities. It uses paper, transparencies, labels, envelopes and thick stock, and two 500-sheet universal paper cassettes plus a 50-sheet multipurpose tray keep plenty of paper on hand. Other paper handling options include a 2,500-sheet high-capacity input feeder, a duplexer and a 100-piece envelope feeder. Or take care of big print jobs with the optional 2,000-sheet high-capacity output Stackler that offsets copies and staples up to 50 sheets. Printer-based document processing means that users can do thumbnail, booklet, and background printing, as well as job accounting. And printer-based electronic collation stores the print job at the printer level, freeing the host system and increasing user productivity. Users are able to check printer status through a Web browser with QMS CrownView. Just a click of the mouse shows print job and consumables status, plus printer configurations. The CrownAdmin 3 printer management software offers real-time printer status retrieval, remote printer configuration, and sophisticated print control capabilities for Windows and UNIX environments.
