The D-Link DHN-120 is an HomePNA 2.0 compliant 10Mb Home Phoneline Network Adapter specifically designed to plug into an available Universal Serial Bus USB port connecting to a desktop or laptop PC running Microsoft Windows 98 or Windows 2000. It is a complete out of the box solution for that represents the simplest way to add 10Mb HomePNA-compliant networking to a computer.The HomePNA2.0 specification outlines a transport method by which sustainable data rates of 10 Megabits per second Mbps can be achieved over normal in-home phoneline wiring. Additionally this technology is backwards compatible with HomePNA 1.0 1Mbps products. The DHN-120 marries this technology to USB to provide the fastest and most advanced out-of-the box home networking solution.
