The Compaq SCSI Storage Expander II, an external storage enclosure, supports Narrow, Fast-Wide and even Ultra2 interfaces. The SCSI Storage Expander II enables existing tape drives to be moved from inside of the server to an external enclosure - freeing up the internal bay for new and enhanced technologies.
