Compaq QuickFind for Windows is a self-help, information-retrieval tool that allows you to access -- as many times and as often as you need -- the most comprehensive collection of current information on Compaq products and services: QuickFind for Windows offers two utilities -- Update Manager and the Worldgroup Manager -- to facilitate updating your QuickFind database and Compaq SoftPaq files between monthly QuickFind CD-ROM releases. By combining a CD-ROM with powerful, full-text search capabilities and a process for electronically updating the QuickFind CD-ROM, Compaq meets the demands of its customers for up-to-date technical support information. QuickFind for Windows subscriber, you will receive special communications software that has the capability to call Compaq and receive the latest QuickFind updates on all technical support information. Intelligence is built into the CD-ROM software to recognize that new QuickFind updates have arrived and automatically link the downloaded QuickFind update files on the hard drive to the CD-ROM. Quickfind must be ordered as an annual subscription. Orders MUST include 12 separate items, one for each month.
