The Slimline CDR is truly portable; no mains power required and is a useful add on to systems which might not already have a CD player. It is also extremely handy when used in conjunction with a CD-RW, connecting the CDR would give you an extra CDROM allowing you to copy CDs straight from disk to disk. Its fast USB2 interface allows quick transfer speeds.
